Our Mission.

RACING TOWARDS CHANGE
Mentorship + Academics + Track + Fuel
800 Way House provides mentorship and team-building through growing relationships with fellow athletes and coaches. While all built around the track, our athletes are equipped with after-school programs that include mentorship, tutors, dinner, and practice.

We must help every kid cast a new vision. Using the science of success, commonality with each other and personal trusted relationships is the best way to reach a kid and help them succeed.

Our School System.
-
Woodlawn High School is ranked 358/374 High Schools in Alabama
-
Hayes Middle School is ranked 443/447 High Schools in Alabama
-
Both schools are less than a mile apart. Both are failing as schools in education and in life preparation.
-
The Birmingham City School District's average testing ranking is 2/10, which is in the bottom 50% of public schools in Alabama.
-
Students must get better performance out of the classroom, athletics and personal life and that’s why they need a mentor and performance center.
-
Hayes Middle School’s track is not used currently by any athletic team. Woodlawn has what appears to be a track on the satellite photo but it is actually an asphalt track with no lanes, pits for jumping, or hurdles.
-
We are proposing a Track Performance Center near the Hayes Middle School Track to service both Woodlawn and Hayes.
